What You Need Before You Start
Before placing your first order, gather:
- •An email address for your SugarGoo account
- •A payment method — credit card, PayPal, Alipay, or crypto all work
- •A shipping address — have your full name, address, and phone number ready
- •A product link or Weidian ID — use this site's curated database or the community spreadsheet to find your item
That's genuinely all you need. SugarGoo's registration takes about 2 minutes.
Creating Your SugarGoo Account
Visit sugargoo.com and click "Sign Up." Fill in your email and create a password. Verify your email (check spam if you don't see it within 2 minutes). Log in and navigate to your account settings to add your shipping address.
One important step new users miss: set up your shipping address before placing orders. It sounds obvious, but forgetting means delays when your item arrives at the warehouse.
Finding Products and Submitting Your First Order
You have two main paths to find products:
Option A — Use a curated database like this site. Browse by category, find something you like, click "Buy on SugarGoo." The link opens directly to that product's page on SugarGoo.
Option B — Use the community spreadsheet. Find a Weidian ID from the spreadsheet and paste it into SugarGoo's submit order form.
Once you're on the product page on SugarGoo, select your size/color using the SKU options if available, then click "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart." SugarGoo will ask you to confirm size, quantity, and any special notes for the seller.
Understanding QC Photos
This is the step most new buyers are confused about — and it's one of the most important.
After SugarGoo purchases your item and it arrives at their warehouse, a staff member photographs it thoroughly. These QC (Quality Check) photos appear in your account under "Pending QC."
What to look for:
- •For shoes: Check the toe box shape, swoosh/logo placement, soles, stitching, and tag (if visible)
- •For clothing: Check print alignment, stitching quality, tag authenticity, and overall shape
- •For accessories: Check hardware, stitching, material quality, logo engraving
If anything looks wrong, click "Reject" and leave a note. SugarGoo will attempt to source a replacement or issue a refund. If everything looks great, click "Approve" to move to shipping.
Choosing Your Shipping Line and Final Steps
After approving QC, you'll be taken to the shipping page. This is where you:
Once confirmed, SugarGoo packages and ships your order. You'll receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours.
